Many pastors and ministry leaders sense the need for leadership rooted in something deeper. While strategies and systems can be helpful, they cannot replace the spiritual depth that sustains faithful ministry.
The Kingdom Model of Leadership integrates spiritual formation and leadership, helping ministry leaders cultivate leadership rooted in scripture, shaped by the example of Christ, and focused on transformation rather than transaction.
Through my MA in Ministerial Leadership, Master of Divinity, and finally my Doctor of Ministry, I developed the Kingdom Model of Leadership to support leaders seeking leadership rooted in scripture and shaped by spiritual formation. My work helps pastors, staff, and lay leaders integrate spiritual formation and leadership so ministry flows from faithfulness rather than performance. Interested to learn more?
