A leadership framework rooted in the Bible, modeled after Jesus
By combining storytelling, academic research, and the scripture itself, I provide ministry leadership education and development based on a kingdom model of leadership.
This model develops a biblical leadership standard that pastors and ministry leaders can implement and follow. It is established on the principles of the kingdom of God and exemplified by the person and ministry of Jesus — built to bring life transformation, not transaction.
a mix of creativity and academia
I help ministry leaders experience the fullness of their calling by living out a biblical model of leadership through workshops, retreats, 1:1 coaching, and speaking engagements.
Through my MA in Ministerial Leadership, Master of Divinity, and finally my Doctor of Ministry, I developed the framework I believed our church leadership culture was lacking. With the goal of bringing the transformative power of the Bible into church leadership models, my work helps pastors, staff, and lay leaders realign their leadership strategy with the heart of Jesus.
